Funding news: Six minority coproductions supported by the Romanian Film Centre.

We are proud to announce the results of our call for funding. From over 200 applications and with the total budget of this session of approximately 10.700.000 €, the Board of Management together with the selection committee have decided to support 17 fiction feature films, 10 fiction feature debuts, 5 fiction features dedicated to our centennial celebration, 15 documentaries and  7 animations. Among the winning projects, Six minority coproduction have received support: the latest project by Tomasz Wasilewski, Fool, co produced by HiFilm Production, the Bulgarian Waterfall of Svetoslav Drganov, co produced by Parada Film, Kohki Hasei’s Drunken Fish on the Moon coproduced by Metropolis Film and with Emir Kusturica as executive producer, the recently Eurimages supported Disciple by the Slovakian director Ivan Ostrochovski, Whose dog am I? a documentary by the Hungarian director Robert Lakatos and the Serbian short movie of Stefan Orlandic Stojanovski.
